BLDC car vacuums
Metal and ABS bodies, 16–20 kPa, 15–35 minutes per charge. The NT6067 is the workhorse; NT6042 trades RPM for a 300 ml cup.
We build cordless car vacuums and tire inflators around our own BLDC motors — 20 kPa measured at the nozzle, not printed on a gift box. Twelve production models, private label from tooling and PCBA to the retail carton.
Importers do not lose money on the first container. They lose it on the second — when the printed spec does not match the product, the battery paperwork is missing, or the artwork is wrong three weeks before peak season.
Suction is stated as a measured value at the nozzle, not a marketing number. Every figure on this site comes off our own test bench and production sheets.
Mould making, injection, PCBA and final assembly sit in one plant. A colour change or a new housing does not wait for a third-party tool shop.
UN38.3 test summary, MSDS and IEC 62133 cell reports ship with the goods. Sea freight, rail and air all clear without a last-minute scramble.
Private label means your logo on the housing, your name on the carton. We do not put our own mark on your product or sell it behind your back.
Most of the range runs on the same 2500 mAh × 3 pack and charger family, so a mixed container keeps accessories, batteries and packaging common.

Suck the footwell, blow the vents and the beach sand. Blowing weight up to 78 g, nozzle kit in the box, wireless-charging base on NT6057A.
Cordless inflators with digital preset pressure and auto stop, sharing the same battery family. Full specification sheet on request while the line is finalised.

Brushless models carry a longer warranty path and better suction-per-watt; brushed models win on landed cost for promotional SKUs.
Footwells, seat rails, mattresses and keyboards. Same bodies and nozzles as the spec table — if your listing or packaging needs the original files, ask and we will send them.

Housing colour, logo, accessories, packaging and the manual are all yours. We quote from a brief, not from a catalogue page — send the retail price you need to hit and we work back from there.
Target market, retail price, certification needs, packaging language.
Housing, colours, logo placement. In-house mould shop cuts the lead on changes.
Working samples with your artwork, tested before a PO is signed.
CE, FCC, RoHS, EMC, PSE reports; UN38.3 and MSDS for the battery.
Aging test, OQC, retail-ready cartons, document set for customs.
For Saudi Arabia we support SABER registration; for Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus we prepare EAC documentation with the importer. Country-specific marks are handled per order — tell us the destination and we scope it.

NOVATIK makes one thing: cordless tools for the inside of a car and the air in its tires. The manufacturing base in Longgang, Shenzhen runs mould making, injection moulding, PCBA and final assembly under one roof — which is why a colour change, a new nozzle or a revised battery pack does not turn into a six-week negotiation with three suppliers.
The line has produced for brands in Japan, Germany and South Korea. The pattern we learned: the buyers who stay are the ones who were told the real numbers up front.
Tell us the market, the retail price you are aiming at and whether you need certification in your own name. We reply with a model recommendation and a specification sheet — not a price list.
